Chef Gabriel is our Master Chef, he studied in Switzerland and has worked in numerous top restaurants and hotels all over the world. He brings his love of food, wine and people to your table! The Red Vault Bistro - a beautifully restored historic building dating from 1880 is proudly listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It suffered a devastating fire in August 2017 leaving Gabriel & Elizabeth to rebuild their restaurant and business from scratch. Their love and determination created an amazing transformation from the ashes. They are so proud to be able to once again welcome you to their special place.
